It was a night of monochromatic, star-studded glam at this year’s Female Nuyou Catwalk, the Singapore runway debut of DKNY’s Spring Summer 2016 collection.

And who else would grace the event than A-list celebrity Fann Wong, who absolutely slayed in a DKNY dress, the perfect combination of minimalist and chic.

Held at the Artspace@Helutrans, there was no mistaking the grungy atmosphere. 30 models strutted down (and around) the catwalk in the converted container warehouse, showing off sheer dresses and minimalist dresses.

Of course, Fann Wong wasn’t the only one to attend the exclusive event. She was joined by fellow actresses Dawn Yeoh and Hayley Woo, actor/model Chris Lee, model Nadia Rahmat and top hairstylist David Gan.

“The whole event was just a confluence of cool,” said Female editor Noelle Loh, “From the brand and collection presented to the venue to the stylish crowd.”

And beyond the fashion show, the after-party (with remixed by W Hotel’s Mr Has) proved that Singaporeans certainly know how to have a good time.

Nuyou editor Terence Lee elaborated: “From the atmosphere to the social media buzz generated, it was clear that everybody had a good time, including the unprecedented number of celebrities and personalities who turned up. We take pride on making Female/Nuyou Catwalk a fashionable affair, but it also has a reputation for being fun and this year’s was no exception.”

As for our favourite moment? When these celebs took the time to grab a selfie in the midst of the fashion show – because why not, right?
