All eyes were on Kaia Gerber when she stormed the runway in one of Karl Lagerfeld's bold creations for Chanel's Haute Couture collection in Paris. It was her first couture show afterall.

We loved every detail about Kaia's look from the black mesh fascinator to the delicate embellishments of her voluminous feathery dress in powdery pink (which by the way is the spring colour to be seen in).

While Haute Couture is often a feast for the eyes, these dresses are obviously not everyday wear and you'd have to be among the richest women in the world to afford it.

We called it a trend to stay last season and just when we thought it was time to stash away our boots, Karl Lagerfeld is keeping it on Chanel's look book.

And we predict lookalikes of these Chanel sock boots will be sold by high street brands in stores near you very soon. But for now, take a closer look here.
