Fastest way to do negative space nail art, ever

We love negative space nail art, but it’s just too much of a chore to carefully deposit nail polish at specific parts of our nails. So we found the fastest way to do this, ever

We can’t get enough of negative space nail art – thoughtfully placed nail polish on seemingly bare nails that doesn’t look like you’re trying too hard to be cool, or couldn’t-care-less either.

The problem however, is that negative space nail art isn’t really as simple as it looks. Apart from carefully designing your nails, there’s the sectioning, the actual nail painting, and shaky hands to worry about.

Most of the time this ends up in a mess, with blotches of polish on our cuticles, or with straight lines looking a little skewed and wavy in the middle – negative space nail art, not.

If this situation sounds familiar to you, we’ve got a solution – nail stickers. The prints are precise and they are easy to apply in just under 10 minutes, usually lasting for about 10 days.

For a more customisable option, just cut your nail stickers into various shapes and blocks you want and simply stick them onto your nails.

3 Concept Eyes offers the perfect option with a full set of nail stickers in both black and white variations.

Here’s another we’re loving. Cut out the triangles from these Mad Mosaic stickers from Gummi Nails and place them “haphazardly” over a translucent, neutral base, then finish off with a top coat.

You can also make use of “objects” on nail stickers such as the beach ball on this Candy Beach set.
